A private, agent-ingestible production library built from an actual short film: accepted frames, exact workflows, assembly tools, receipts, defects, and reusable QA gates.

Overview

Creative Production Hub is a private production library built around a real finished short rather than generic advice about “AI creativity.” It preserves the accepted film alongside its screenplay, shot manifest, first-frame plates, exact render graphs, assembly path, hashes, QA materials, and known defects.

The goal is transfer. A future producer should be able to inspect what actually worked, see what failed, and adapt the method without pretending that a prompt alone carried character identity or continuity.

Case study first

The hub begins with Brick & Mortar’s The Confident Half. The source package lets an agent move from the finished artifact backward through the decisions and evidence that produced it:

  • watch the accepted film;
  • compare it with the screenplay and shot manifest;
  • inspect accepted first frames and render workflows;
  • reproduce assembly from retained inputs;
  • read the receipt and known defects before adapting anything.

That ordering prevents doctrine from floating free of evidence. The reusable documents and templates are extracted from a completed production, not written in anticipation of one.

Boundaries

The repository is private and excludes credentials, model weights, personal identity anchors, and operator files. Creative acceptance remains distinct from mechanical validity: a render can be decodable, correctly sized, and still be the wrong performance.

The operating method freezes identity and medium contracts early, proves a small representative canary before expensive production, and carries continuity through source pixels, references, latents, rigs, and immutable audio rather than names or seeds alone.

Status

Active internal production library. One complete case-study package exists and the repository has deterministic integrity checks. It is a working knowledge base for the creative fleet, not a public asset library or a claim that the retained workflow generalizes to every film.
